Step 2: Confirmation Visit
Like what you saw on the Estimator? Great! The next step is to book a site consultation (in-person or virtual) so that our team can confirm the measurements and site conditions you provided in the estimate. Additionally, we’re glad to help you finalize material or color choices if you’re not sure. Best of all, we will stand by the Estimator’s price as long as the information you submitted was accurate.
Step 3: Planning & Permitting
With the design and price finalized, our team moves on to the crucial stage of obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for your project. This includes both municipal permits and CRMC assent if needed, plus we can assist in any zoning issues we run into, such as needing to apply for a variance. We’ll coordinate material orders and schedule the build to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Step 4: Construction
Here is where your new deck comes to life. Our skilled construction team gives your project their undivided attention, as we do not run concurrent builds. This ensures that your deck is built with the utmost quality, care, and professionalism, resulting in a functional and stunning addition to your home. Most Express Decks will take between 1 and 5 working days to complete.
